ลักษณะงาน

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall corporate vision, mission, and strategies.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (performance review exercise).
  • Enhances the organization’s human capital by assessing training needs and developing talent development program.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Enforces management guidelines and ensure corporate disciplinary behavior.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Any other works as assigned by President and/or Board of Directors.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Male / Female, Age 35-50 years old.
  • Master’s degree or higher in HRM or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience with proven records in HRM and at least 4 years as HR Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of modern HRM and its best practices, as well as labor law.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ISO, job evaluation and performance appraisal: PA for Salary Structure Design.
  • People oriented and results driven with strong leadership.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with innovative thinking and pro-active working style.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and limitations.
  • Computer and IT literacy.
  • English proficiency.
