Application

  • Suitable for immediate and rock solid bonding of many materials such as wood, many plastics, bricks, stone, tiles, metal to porous surfaces such as concrete, plaster, MDF, OSB, timber panels, chipboard etc.
  • Suitable for the bonding of decorative materials, skirting boards, gypsum panels in vertical, horizontal and overhead applications.

Crocodile Adhesive Quick is a fibre reinforced high strength construction adhesive with extremely high initial grab and high bond strength. Especially suitable for porous materials.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

The surface must be free of dust, release agent, oil and grease. One side of the material's surface must be porous.

Application

  1. The surface must be dry, clean, free from dust, paint, oil stains or dirt.
  2. Cut off tip of nozzle at desired bead and angle.
  1. Apply adhesive to surface using follow patterns :
  • In spots in order to smooth uneven surfaces or small materials
  • In stripes from for higher initial tack with wide surfaces
  1. Press firmly for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Heavy objects require supporting materials for 24-48 hrs.

Limitations
• When bonding, the pressure applied deter- mines the initial grab and the final bonding strength. The duration during which pressure is applied is less important.
• Do not use in applications where continuous immersion is possible.

Caution                 
• May be harmful to the eyes, skin, or lungs. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
• After contact with skin, wash immediately with water
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage 

  • Use within 2 years from the date of manufacturing
  • Store in dry and cool place below 10-25 °C.
