Substrate preparation

1. The surface must be clean, dry and sound, free of any contamination.
2. Any damage should be repaired in advance. Any voids or potholes in the substrate must be appropriately filled with a high strength mortar.
3. The joint between wall and floor should be filled or protect by making a cornice or apply Crocodile Poly U Seal.

Application

1. Stir well before using
2. In case of highly porous surface, a priming coat is recommended to seal the pores and stabilize the surface. The primer coat can be diluted the mixture with 10% water and apply, using a roller or brush; leave the primer to dry.
3. Apply 1st coat with brush or roller at a rate of 0.5 kg/ sq.m. Allow 1-2 hours of drying time.
4. Apply 2nd coat, crosswise, at a rate of 0.7 kg/sq.m. Normally a minimum of 2 coats is required.
5. When finished, surface should be left to dry at 1-2 days.

Cleaning
Tools can be cleaned up with water while still wet.

Estimated Coverage

• Approx. 0.5-0.7 kg/sq.m per 1 coat 1.0-1.4 kg/sq.m per 2 coats (minimum of 2 coats is required)
• The coverage amounts are theoretical and it is recommended to docoverage controlled sample application before treatment.

Limitation
It is not recommended for use in area of water immersion like swimming pool.

Caution

• Paste may cause injury to skin or eyes. Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended.
• If contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately and repeatedly with water, and then contact doctor immediately.
• Avoid contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage
It should be kept in a day place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product’s degradation shef life is 1 year.
