Responsibilities

• Find new business opportunities across the country in an area assigned.
• Developing pricing strategies and promotion plans designed to meet specific business goals.
• Analyzing data and reports to assess market trends and competitor activities in CLMV market.
• Findings and propose the action plan or solution which is the performance marketing to evaluate the actions of competitors, market, and channel data.
• Manage the budget, P&L, and customer insight research to oversee the reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in managing sales team. 
• Fluent written and conversation skills in English. (Vietnamese language would be advantage)
• Experience in CLMV market background would be an advantage.
• Be able to work in different countries.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
