Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

New surfaces:

• Surfaces should be clean and dry out at least 28 days. Moisture should be less than 14% (measured by a Protimeter).
• If the surface has cracks not smooth, recommended to repair cracks or plastering the surface before painting with putty material or suitable surface finishing putty.
• The surface to be painted must be free from dust, cement and grease oil.

Old surfaces:

• The surface to be painted must be free from dust, rubble and grease oil.
• Remove the original paint and deteriorated surfaces. (Do not use a wire brush) if there is dust that cannot be removed completely. Use the primer for old concrete.
• Area with fungal or water stain, scrub thoroughly, Apply Crocodile Biocidal Wash and leave it to dry before repaint.
• Area with cracks, less than 1 mm width and does not break continuously. Fill it with a Crocodile Wall Putty.
• Area with cracks greater than 1 mm width or continuous breakage Fill the putty with Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus.

Product Preparation

• Ready to use. In case is too viscous, 5–10% water by weight can be added. Mix until homogeneous using a mixer.

Application

• Apply 1 coat of SEE Jorakay Ultimate Primer (water base). Allow at least 3 hours to dry before applying topcoat. Allow at least 1-2 hours to dry.
• Apply 2 coats of SEE JORAKAY Limora Premium. Allow 2–4 hours between coats.

(Note: A brush or sponge may be used to create decorative patterns before the paint dries to achieve the desired texture and visual effect)

• Protect the painted surface for at least 24 hours before open the area.

Consumption Rate

• With Brush 4-6 m² / L / Coat
• With Sponge 10-12 m² / L / Coat

(Depending on the surface condition, the patterning technique, and material loss.)

Tools cleaning

Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after used.

Recommendation

• Surfaces should be clean and dry out at least 28 days.
• The product should not be used on wet or high-humidity surfaces.
• In case of rain, let the substrate dry before applying.

Caution

• It is recommended to wear safety equipment, such as gloves, dust masks, safety glasses or other safety equipment.
• In the event of eye contact, rinse your eyes with clean water several times immediately and seek medical advice promptly.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry (Protect against moisture), cool (Store between 5-35°C), well-ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed and handle with care.
• Shelf life is 1 year if store in good condition without opening.
• The properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
