Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation

New surfaces:

• Surfaces should be clean and dry out at least 28 days. Moisture should be not over 14% (measured by a Protimeter).
• If the surface has cracks not smooth, recommended to repair cracks or plastering the surface before painting with putty material or suitable surface finishing putty.
• The surface to be painted must be clean, free from dust, loose particles, old paint remnants, and stains.

Old surfaces:

• The surface to be painted must be dry, free from dust, loose particles, old paint remnants, and stains.
• Remove the original paint and deteriorated surfaces. (Do not use a wire brush) if there is dust that cannot be removed completely. Should use a primer
• Area with fungal infection or moss, scrub it with water and brush or high-pressure jet, Apply Crocodile Biocidal Wash and leave it to dry before repainting
• Area with cracks, less than 1 mm width and does not break continuously. Fill it with a Crocodile Wall Putty.
• Area with cracks greater than 1 mm width or continuous breakage Fill the putty with Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus

Application:

• Apply 1 coat of SEE Jorakay Ultimate Primer (water base). Allow at least 3 hours to dry before applying topcoat.
• Apply 1 coat of SEE Jorakay Stone Décor by using a brush to apply the paint onto the surface in a horizontal back-and-forth motion. May require a second coat of the substrate is very porous.
• After 5 minutes of application (depending on temperature and humidity), gently smooth the paint with a plastic spatula to achieve an even finish.
• Protect the surface after painting for at least 8 hours before opening the area.       

Tools

• Brush, trowel and plastic trowel.

Tools cleaning

• Clean tools after use with clean water.

Recommendation

• Surfaces should be clean and dry out at least 28 days.
• The product should not be used on wet or high-humidity surfaces. to prevent poor adhesion and paint peeling problems.
• In case of rain, let the substrate dry before applying.

Caution

• It is recommended to wear safety equipment, such as gloves, dust masks, safety glasses or other safety equipment.
• In the event of eye contact, rinse your eyes with clean water several times immediately and seek medical advice promptly.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• Store in tightly sealed packaging in a dry place, away from cold air, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight in the storage area.
• Store at temperatures between 5-35^oC.
• The shelf life of the product, if not opened for use, can be kept for at least 18 months from the production date.
