Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation

• Surfaces should be clean and dry. Dirt, grime, efflorescence, algae, and moss must be removed.
• High pressure or water vapor cleaning is suitable. Water absorbed during cleaning must be allowed to dry so that the surface is dry before application begins.
• New concrete should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days before applying Waterseal Hybrid.
• Imperfections such as cracks, cracked joints, or defective seams must be repaired using the appropriate method. The mortar used for repairs must be fully cured and dry.
• Before applying Waterseal Hybrid, the substrate moisture level must be below 4%.

Application

• Shake well before use.
• The product is ready to use, apply by brush, sponge, roller, or low-pressure spray.
• Let the first application penetrate the substrate for at least 5-10 minutes, a second coat is applied this should be done whilst the walls are still wet from the first coat.
• The application should be continuous and uninterrupted so that no overlapping occurs.
• In the case of the product not absorbed by the substrate may react with atmospheric moisture to form a greasy, glossy silicone resin film. It can be cleaned immediately using a roller or clean cloth.
• Treated surfaces should be protected from contamination for 24 hours.

Recommendation

• Waterseal Hybrid should not be applied during rain or strong wind.
• The product should not be used on structures under hydrostatic pressure.
• Environment and substrate temperatures must be between 5^oC and 40^oC.

Caution

• It is recommended to wear safety equipment, such as gloves, dust masks, and safety glasses.
• Apply with good ventilation. Do not inhale the product.
• In the event of eye contact, rinse your eyes with clean water several times immediately and seek medical advice promptly.
• In case of contact with skin, wash it off with soap and water.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
• Use within 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
