Work with supervisors to plan sales and deliver local sales presentations. Delegate to achieve organizational goals and comply with the ISO quality system.
Planning the operation, contacting and supervising the sales of foreign customers (agents) in the assigned area.
Increase sales Including closing sales targets to customers' stores.
Presentation of all product groups, including additional new products.
Maintain existing customer base and find good new customers in assigned areas.
Contact and negotiate with customers. and send the invoice to the customer.
Add customer information Sub-store information, sub-customers or projects Local contractor directory information into a tablet.
Coordinate with marketing department and technical service department about supporting promotional activities.
Gather information on market movements. and competition situation in the area.
Follow up on project sales in assigned areas.
Organize training to develop sales staff and stores in the assigned areas.
Work according to the orders of the supervisors.
Qualification
Good at speaking, listening, reading and writing English - very good.
Able to travel to work abroad as assigned (Other Countries).
Good personality and human relations have good intelligence and tact have negotiation skills be honest Have a positive attitude towards work and organization.
Bachelor's degree-Master's degree in business administration or any field (if you have experience in International will be an advantage).
A person with or without work experience but has a passion for sales and customer service and able to work in stressful conditions, able to withstand hard work.
Knowledge of building materials or similar will be an advantage.
Able to use computer programs MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) very well.
Able to drive a car fluently and have a driving license.
