Brand Communication Officer

Role & Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Develop communication plans and manage projects, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure all communications strictly follow Corporate Identity (CI) Branding guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Create and publish engaging content for social media, websites, and internal communication platforms.
  • Establish a unified brand communication strategy across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English (Thai is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of branding principles and CI guidelines.
  • Experience managing online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Line OA).
  • Ability to plan and organize communication projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and basic design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop is an advantage).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Liberal Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or brand management.
  3. Strong communication skills, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in English.
    (Applicants with a TOEIC score of 550 or above will receive a monthly language allowance.)
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and video/graphic editing
  6. Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and strong communication skills
  7. Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems
