JORAKAY Green Earth Project Wins Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards 2025 in Green Leadership Category

     Jorakay Corporation proudly announces that its JORAKAY Green Earth project has been honored with the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards 2025 in the Green Leadership category by Enterprise Asia. This award underscores Jorakay’s genuine commitment to sustainable business practices and social and environmental responsibility.

     Launched in 2024 and now in its second year, the JORAKAY Green Earth project is a long-term initiative focused on planting and restoring 62.5 rai of mangrove forest in Palian District, Trang Province, with ongoing care planned for the next 10 years. This effort is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, the Thailand Mangrove Alliance network, and local communities.

     The project also fosters a green economy by balancing economic growth, social development, and environmental conservation. Over 77% of the project’s first-year budget was allocated to hiring local labor for mangrove restoration and maintenance, boosting community income while preserving nature.

     This achievement reinforces Jorakay’s position as a company that believes in the power of sustainable business to make a positive impact from upstream to downstream.
