Application Instructions

Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants.

Mixing Ratio

Ready to use, no need to mix with water.

Application

1. Apply the Crocodile Grout Release 1–2 coats evenly over the tile surface in a lightly (without soaking) before grouting, using a sponge, roller, or brush.
2. Leave it for 30 minutes before grouting.
3. Apply the grout according to the instructions of the grout product used.
4. Clean the tile surface by wiping off the residue according to the time and method specified for the grout used.

Tools and Cleaning

Apply using a roller, brush, or sponge. Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with clean water.

Recommendation

• If left for more than 2 hours, it is recommended to reapply before grouting.
• Read the product information before use and follow the manufacturer's instructions only.
• If the tile surface is rough, uneven, or highly porous, it is recommended to test on a small area first to evaluate before actual use.
• The suitable application temperature is between 10°C and 35°C.
• Apply with good ventilation. Do not inhale the product.

Caution

• Be careful not to let the sealer coat the grout joints. Apply the sealer only to the tile surface.
• Do not use acidic solutions to clean Crocodile Grout Release stains, as they may cause marks on the tile surface. Clean with clean water only.
• Avoid applying on surfaces that are extremely cold or hot.
• In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water several times immediately and seek medical attention.
• If contact with skin, wash thoroughly with water and soap.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage 

• Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well-ventilated space, free from moisture and at a temperature not exceeding 35°C.
• The product has a shelf life of 1 year from the manufacturing date (in unopened condition).
• If not all is used, make sure to tightly seal the packaging after each use.
• Store only in the original packaging of the product.
