Jorakay Green Tile Trim is a product dedicated to safety and sustainability, utilizing GPVC materials that are free from hazardous substances. Every stage of the manufacturing process is designed to be environmentally friendly, and the product has received international standard certifications that guarantee both safety and quality.

Technical Specifications

  • Design: Curved Model (Middle Curve) with a height of 10 mm.
  • Dimensions: 2.9 x 200 x 1 cm (Length: 2 meters).
  • Compatibility: Suitable for medium-sized tiles with a thickness not exceeding 9 mm.
  • Color Range (6 Colors): Simple White, Light Cream, Leather Brown, Smoke Grey, Modern Grey, and Midnight Black.

Installation Guide

1.Positioning: Place Jorakay Green Tile Trim at the desired installation point or tile corner.

2.Adhesive Application: Apply mixed tile adhesive to the installation area at an appropriate thickness, then press the trim firmly into place.

3.Leveling: Ensure the adhesive rises through the trim's perforated holes. Use a trowel to spread the adhesive evenly. If necessary, add more adhesive before placing tiles flush against the trim edge.

4.Completion: Install the second tile following the same steps until the trim length is covered, then proceed with the remaining tiling rows.

Cautions

  • Select the correct tile trim size for your tiles.
  • Do not bend, break, expose to open flame, or strike with sharp objects.

Storage

  • Store horizontally or vertically to prevent warping.
  • Avoid direct exposure to extreme sunlight
