Application Areas

It is suitable for cement bound floors in industrial, commercial, and private residential buildings such as garages, car repair shops, train stations, logistics centers, showrooms, restaurants, event and convention centers, museums etc. It can coat mineral substrates, e.g., polished, or non-polished concrete floors, paving stones, clinkers, bricks and natural stone, wood and etc.

Crocodile 9602 S is a silane-terminated binder based on α-silane technology for the impregnation of mineral substrates or as a thin layer coating for mineral substrates.

Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation
• The surface must be dry and clean.

  • It can be applied with a cleaning mop, shorthair roller or a brush. Airless spray application is equally possible.
  • Treated surfaces are trafficable and durable after 24 hours
  • Depending on the absorbency behavior of the substrate a second application (after 24 hours) may be necessary to attain a homogeneous finish.

Estimated Coverage

1 liter per 10-20 sq.m.

Caution

It is not recommended for below grade applications where hydrostatic pressure can be significant such as swimming pool.

Storage

  • Store in a dry and cool place. Protect against moisture.
  • Shelf life of 1 year, unopened containers
  • The properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons
