How to use

Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation
• The substrate must be cleaned. Free from loose particles. Dirt, dust, any oils, other impurities, or foreign materials must be removed.

• Dilute Gator Self-Leveling Primer with water 1:1 by ratio. Apply 1 coat. Allow it to dry 3 hours but not over than 24 hours.
• In case high absorption substrate, recommend applying 2 coats of Gator Self-Leveling Primer. Allow it to dry 3 hours between coat.

Mixing Ratio

Mix Gator Self-Leveling 25 kg with water 5.5-6 liters

Mixing

• Add the Gator Self-Leveling while mixing with a paddle mixer attached to a heavy-duty drill (650 rpm). Mix completely for a minimum of 2-3 minutes until lump free.
• Let mortar slakes for 15 minutes before mixing a second time. Do not add water or powder after slaking period.

Application

Gator Self-Leveling will level itself for 20 minutes no troweling needed.

Curing

Gator Self-Leveling is capable of self-curing without the need for additional curing agents.

• For a thickness of 2-4 mm, allow 24 hours for drying.
• For a thickness of 5-7 mm, allow 48 hours for drying.
• For a thickness of 8-10 mm, allow 72 hours for drying.

How to Clean the Tools
Clean tools after use with clean water.

Precautions         

• For interior use only.
• Do not install below 4°C or above 38°C
• Do not install over gypsum-based surfaces.
• Do not over water or add additional additives.
• Apply upon floor covering manufacturer for directions concerning maximum allowable moisture content of subfloor, adhesives selection, etc.

Caution 

• Cement may cause injury to skin or eyes. Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment recommended.
• If contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately and repeatedly with water, and then contact doctor immediately.
• Avoid contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage 

• It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product’s degradation.
• Shelf life for 1 year since manufactured date.
