How to use

Surface Preparation

1. The surface must be dry, clean, and free from dust, paint, oil stains, or any other contaminants.
2. The optimal joint width should range from 3 to 12 millimeters, and the depth should be between 5 to 10 millimeters. Ideally, the width

should be equal to or greater than the depth of the joint. Foam backing rods can be used to adjust the depth as needed.

3. Adhesive tape should be applied along the joint edges to prevent excess sealant from oozing out during the application process.

Application Instructions

1. Cut the tip of the cartridge and the nozzle at a 45-degree angle, and then attach the nozzle to the cartridge.
2. Using a caulking gun, apply the sealant to the joint, ensuring that it completely fills the void.
3. Smooth the sealant within 10 minutes of application.
4. Clean up any excess sealant using a damp cloth or sponge.
5. Remove the masking tape within 15 to 20 minutes before the sealant fully cures.
6. Allow the sealant to cure for 24 to 48 hours before using.

Coverage: 2.8 m/cartridge (joint width 1x1 cm)

Cleaning: Clean all tools with clean water before the adhesive dries. Remove any remaining hardened adhesive residue by scrubbing or scraping.

Suggestion            

• Not recommended for sealing of aquarium or for long-term use underwater.
• Not suitable for food-grade applications where the joints are likely to come in contact with food.
• Not suitable for the following plastic substrates Polyethylene, Polypropylene, ABS, Acrylic, and Polycarbonate (PC).
• Cannot be painted
• The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrate with a primer.

Caution 

• Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended.
• Apply with good ventilation. Do not inhale product.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water several times and seek medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not eat.

Storage

• It should be kept in a dry place, free from moisture, good ventilation and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
• Shelf life for 12 months from the date of manufacturing when kept in sealed condition.
• Once activated, it not run out remove the nozzle and close the screw cap as before. However, it should be used within 1 month after first opening.
