Crocodile Protectcrete Mortar consists of cement, graded sand and special chemicals which is simple to use for repairing crack, joint and honeycomb in concrete with crystallization reaction which improve water seepage, pressure bearing and setting under submerged condition. High compressive strength, abrasion, and freezing-thaw durability. Crocodile Protectcrete Mortar can be used for repairing work before waterproofing layer, general repair, reglet installation, concave pressure-bearing joint, construction joint, crack, and honeycomb defects

Subtrate Preparation

  • Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dirt, oil, paint, and concrete fragments
  • In case of smooth, polished, or covered with finishing, scraping the surface for rough surface texture
  • For crack repair, the crack needs to be widened and deepen for at least 20 mm
  • Keep the surface saturated with water be for applying the product


Mixing ratio
Crocodile Protectcrete Mortar 5 kg per 0.8 liter of water or Crocodile Protectcrete Mortar 2.5 parts per 1 part of water

Mixing

  • Mix Crocodile Protectcrete Mortar with water at recommended mixing ratio until the mixture started to thicken
  • Mix in small quantity for 30 minutes of working period
  • Do not add water to the mixture afterward


Application

  • After surface preparation, prime the surface with Crocodile Perfect Shield (Slurry coat)
  • Apply the mixture to fix defects while Crocodile Perfect Shield is still in damp condition, not over 6 hours
  • For thickness over 30 mm apply the mixture in layers under 30 mm
  • Left to dry for 1-2 hours then reapplying Crocodile Perfect Shield on the specimen


Usage ratio
25 x 25 mm crack defect of 1 meter in length per 1.3 kg

Caution

  • The product contains Portland cement and other admixture which may cause skin irritation. Using rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended
  • If in contact with eyes or face, rinse immediately and repeatedly with water, and then consult doctor immediately
  • Keep away from children


Storage
It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product’s degradation. Use within 1 years from the date of manufacturing
