Crocodile Epoxy Plus

Crocodile Epoxy Plus : Excellent high bond strength tile adhesives and grouts. It is best for high cleanliness and durable areas such as glass mosaic, resin mosaic, green marbles, natural stones, moisture sensitive materials. This product can install on any surface is concrete, brick walls, old tiles, metal sheet, glass, fiber glass. It is good for areas cleaned by chemicals such as in hospitals, pantry, kitchen, exterior usage, factory, bathroom, swimming pool. Good for health.

Installation
Joint width should be between 2-6 mm (wall) 2-12 (floor)and depth should not be less than 2/3 of tile thickness. Recommend to apply tile grout 48 hours after tile installation.

Preparation
Clean and remove any dirt or contaminations remaining in the joints. Make sure the joints are clean and dry before grouting.

Mixing
• Mixture should be done within one use. Separate mixture is not advised.
• Mix the 2 components together and mix well by hand or low speed drill (<150 rpm) by either squeezing out A until very little is left as much as possible or mix some of B.
• Stirred the mixture once again, before applying.
• The mixture should be used within 1 hour.

Application
Grouting
• Filling the joints with grout by using a rubber face trowel and working diagonally across the grout joints. As soon as possible, remove all excess grout with the trowel.
• Wait for 30-40 minutes, then use sponge to remove any remaining grout from the surface of the tile.
• Prevent the grout from dirt for at least 24 hours and clean again with warm water before use the area. Leave 7 days to ensure perfect stain resistance.

Tiling
• Apply Epoxy Plus on the surface by using a flat side of a trowel. A thickness of Epoxy Plus is approximately 2-3 mm for mosaic tiles and 4-6 mm for ceramic tiles.
• Using an appropriate notched trowel (60° angel), comb Epoxy Plus uniformly in a ridged pattern.
• Lay tiles on Epoxy Plus and press firmly with rubber hammer.
• Keep a minimum of 3/4 of the joint depth available for grouting. Clean off any excess adhesive from surface, tile joint, and trowel within 30 minutes.
• Wait for 48 hours before grouting.

Grouting Limitations
• In case of grouting porous or rough-surface tile, test in an inconspicuous place first.
• Grouting only a small area (1 to 2 m2) at a time.
• While cleaning Epoxy Plus from the surface of the tile, change sponge frequency.
• Do not grouting in the area with temperature lower than 16°C.
• Not appropriate for the area temperature exceeding 177°C.
• Ready to fill water in the pool after applied 7 days.

Tiling Limitations
• Do not tiling on rubber surface.
• For tiling light colored marble or stone, use white Epoxy Plus.
• Do not tiling in the areas subject to vibration such as heavy machine.
• Do not tiling in the area with temperature lower than 16°C.

Caution
• May be harmful to the eyes, skin, or lungs. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
• After contact with skin, wash immediately with water.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Lasts up to one year if kept dry and away from heat, in a sealed bag.
