Crocodile Platinum is the grout that uses WCAC Technology with a special sand recipe for reducing efflorescence. This product is dustless, high resistant, and reduces stains with hydrophobic technology. Because of this, it is perfect for pools, spas, saunas, or any area that requires high resistance and can be applied to any outdoor area. This product is completely safe for users.

Installation
Joint width should be between 2-15 mm and depth should not be less than 2/3 of tile thickness. Recommend to apply tile grout 48 hours after tile installation.

Preparation
Clean and remove any dirt or contaminations remaining in the joints. Make sure the joints are clean and dry before grouting.

Proportion of Mixing
Crocodile Platinum 1 kg (per bag) per 0.23 L of water.
Crocodile Platinum 4 parts per 1 part of water by volume.

Mixing
• Add the grout into the water and mix well by hand or low speed drill.
• Do not add water or grout after this point.
• Discard grout when too stiff to work, about 20 minutes.

Application
1. Fill the joints with well mixed grout, then using a rubber face trowel diagonally across the grout joints.
2. Remove all excess grout with the trowel and leave until curing. Clean tile surfaces with wet sponge and clean cloth.

Curing
Care should be taken within 24 hours to prevent the grout from drying out or dirt by covering the installation with natural kraft paper (Plastic or newspaper sheet should not be used).

Final Clean-Up
• If necessary, use diluted acid or Crocodile Grout Cleaner. Test in an inconspicuous place first.
• Any glossy coating or special scrubbing should be applied after the grout has completely cured in 30 days. Test in an inconspicuous place first.

Swimming Pool Water Chemical Balance
• The ideal range for water pH in the swimming pool is 7.2–7.8 (base: pH > 7, acid: pH < 7). If the water has a pH lower than 7, this can cause cement grout and tile adhesive to corrode.
• The sulfate value should be less than 250 ppm because this could cause cement grout and tile adhesive to corrode.
• Generally, the chlorine value is in the range of 1.0–2.0 ppm. in the swimming pool for the purpose of anti-bacteria and fungi. However, this amount of chlorine cannot cause grout corrosion. The grout corrosion will occur if the chlorine value is too high and is severely unsafe for swimmers.
• The calcium hardness value should be controlled at around 200–250 ppm. In cases of lower calcium hardness, the fluid will remove calcium from the grout, leading to grout corrosion.
* The product must be used according to the instructions in the technical data sheet.
