JORAKAY Green Earth | Meet the Director of Trang Province for Mangrove Forest Planting Project Discussion
“Jorakay” encourages sustainable environment conservation with communities.
Jorakay, by Mr. Woraphot Tangmanuswong, Vice President-Marketing met Mr. Songklot Sawangwong, Governor of Trang Province, and Mr. Nattawut Sangsuk, Palian District Chief for discussions and hearing of comments on the mangrove forest planting project in cooperation with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, and hosted a hearing for project development with the communities in Thung Yao and Ban Na Subdistricts, Palian District, Trang Province on 8 May 2024.
JORAKAY Green Earth has a goal to rehabilitate the degraded mangrove forest, increase the CO2 absorption area, increase biological diversity in the environment, and create an opportunity for the communities to develop the local economy in connection to the natural resource and environment management in order to ensure sustainable benefit for the communities.
